Sonia Stingo, Sound Energy Practitioner
From as early as I can remember, music has been my north star.
After nearly twenty-five years in financial services, I felt called to integrate the one thing that had always deeply resonated with me—sound. What began as a powerful personal experience with a crystal singing bowl evolved into a dedicated path of study and practice in sound-based wellness modalities.
Today, as a Reiki Master, Biofield Tuning Practitioner, and Sound Energy Practitioner, I help individuals reconnect with calm, clarity, and balance through the therapeutic use of sound and vibration.
My work incorporates Biofield Tuning, Reiki support, crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, chimes, drums, and other resonant instruments to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, energetic balance, and overall wellbeing.
I offer both private one-on-one sessions and immersive group Sound Journey Meditations, creating restorative experiences for those seeking stress relief, emotional support, deeper relaxation, or simply space to reset and reconnect.
Whether you’re new to this work or already on a wellness journey, my intention is to create a welcoming, grounded space where sound can help guide you back to calm, clarity, and connection.
What is Biofield Tuning?
The term biofield refers to our body’s electrical system in its entirety - both the electric current that runs through our bodies, and the magnetic field that surrounds it.
Biofield Tuning is a sound therapy method that works directly with this system, seeing it as inextricably connected with our conscious and subconscious mind, including our memories.
PHYSICAL MENTAL EMOTIONAL
All physical, mental and emotional disorders can be perceived as "dissonance" in our electrical system. Biofield Tuning is able to locate, diminish and resolve this dissonance and in doing so, alleviate and even eradicate the corresponding physical, mental and/or emotional symptoms.
